Growing together
Throughout the week, there’s a packed diary for young people – involving eating, chatting, thinking, playing… and lots more.
Our aim is to get to know Jesus more and disciple one another by exploring the Bible and what it has to say to us in our teenage years.
Our young people are welcome to attend evening services and prayer meetings too, and we love when they serve in the church, such as in the band or helping with kids groups. Come along to our youth events – we’d love to see you there!

Sundays
Shoots. OurSunday morning group for school years 6-9, that meets together during the 11.15am service. We want to partner well with parents so we follow along with what the adults are learning in the main service, but chat these topics through with relevant questions and activities, and snacks! We really try to get to grips with who Jesus was and why that matters for us today. Food and fun are always a staple part of our time together! We’d love to see you there.
Shoots happens 3 Sundays out of 4. On the fourth Sunday, and in school holidays, young people are encouraged to stay in the main service and then meet together with their leaders during the final song. They chat together about what they’ve heard, ask questions and talk about what it means for their lives. This is to help the transition of when they sit in after 14 and learning how to access sermons.

14+. This is a post-service group for school years 10-13, taking place at the 11.15am service. This group stays in to listen to the sermon, but head out with their leaders during the final song and meet together to chat through what they’ve just heard from the Bible. They can ask questions, pray together and discuss what it means for their lives. This is to continue to help and support them in transitioning into the service.

Pods. Every other Sunday evening, we love to meet together in ‘Pods’ – small groups of 1 to 4 young people with a dedicated leader. These are a chance to ask big questions and see who Jesus really is and how he impacts on our lives today. We start our time together by joining with the church family in the evening service at 6pm, then shortly after, we head out to our groups for discussions (and of course…food!).
If you’re new or visiting, there’s always someone directing people where to go on a Sunday! If you have any questions before you come, please feel free to contact us with the form below - we’d love to hear from you.

Midweek
Switched. This is our main midweek group for those aged 11 to 18. Come along to Switched every Wednesday night at 7.30pm to 9pm! It’s a time to hang out with friends, play games, generally have fun and think about who God is and why that matters. We’d love you to join us.
